The Iris in the Community project is funded by the Big Lottery Wales. The project aims to produce 36 short film over three years with the aims of providing participants with skills in film making, events management and LGBT+ awareness. The project works with communities in Wales to promote LGBT+ awareness in order to achieve a greater understanding of equality and diversity while promoting community cohesion.
