TRANS POWER!
In God’s Daughter Dances, a beautiful transgender woman faces the prospect of national service in the army, while in De La Terreur, Mes Soeurs, a Goth girl and her friends embark on a candy-coloured fantasy of revenge. Though the films in this double bill address the cruelty and prejudice Trans people face, ultimately they are tales of triumph, empowering, uplifting and occasionally outrageous, and a cinematic two-fingered salute to the transphobes!
