Zainab is a third-year English Literature student at Cardiff University, where she also works as a Film and Television Section Editor of the award-winning, student-led Quench Magazine. While her love for cinema brings her to Iris Prize, what she is really passionate about as an intersectional feminist is making the world a more equitable playing field for everyone, irrespective of their sex, colour, or sexual orientation. Outside of her busy schedule, you might see her taking long walks in the city, or perhaps, sitting under a tree with a book in hand.
