Muffin (she/they) works in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at Tate, supporting people and projects across the four galleries in London, Liverpool and St. Ives. She was previously Head of Programme for Fringe! Queer Film & Arts Fest in London, programmer for The Lost Picture Show pop-up picture palace, and has worked behind-the-scenes on dozens of film festivals for almost two decades including BFI Flare: London LGBTIQ+ Film Festival; Sundance: London;  BFI London Film Festival; Open City Documentary Festival; London Indian Film Festival;  London Short Film Festival; and BFI Future Film Festival. She holds an MA Film Curating from Birkbeck.
