Nat (she/her) is the Store Manager for the Co-op in Portland, Dorset. For the past three years, she has been a dedicated member of the Steering Committee for Respect, the Co-op’s LGBTQ+ Colleague Network. In this role, she has actively promoted the visibility and inclusion of trans and non-binary individuals within the organisation. She collaborates with various departments to update policies, conduct training sessions, and ensure that the Co-op’s processes are inclusive. Her work with Respect reflects her commitment to fostering diversity and creating a supportive environment for all employees.

Nat (hi/hi) yw Rheolwr Siop y Co-op yn Portland, Dorset. Am y tair blynedd diwethaf, mae hi wedi bod yn aelod ymroddedig o’r Pwyllgor Llywio Respect, Rhwydwaith Cydweithiwr LHDTQ+ y Co-op. Yn y rôl hon, mae hi wedi mynd ati i hyrwyddo gwelededd a chynhwysiant unigolion traws ac anneuaidd o fewn y sefydliad. Mae’n cydweithio ag adrannau amrywiol i ddiweddaru polisïau, cynnal sesiynau hyfforddi, a sicrhau bod prosesau’r Co-op yn gynhwysol.
