Luke Oliveira-Davies (He/Him)

Creative Producer and Co-Founder of Queer Filmmakers Network

Luke Oliveira-Davies is a Creative Producer, CEO of award-winning production company Polari, and co-founder of Queer Filmmakers Network, a 500+ member social enterprise supporting LGBTQIA+ filmmakers. A BAFTA Connect member and graduate of leading talent programmes, Luke’s films have premiered at BAFTA- and BIFA-qualifying festivals, earning multiple awards. He has also produced for Emmy-winning filmmakers, and received industry recognition from INvolve x YouTube, RTS, and North-West LGBTQ+ Business Awards.

Matthew Jacobs-Morgan (He/Him)

Actor, Writer & Director

Matthew is an actor, writer, and director, named one of Deadline’s “Eight Rising TV Scribes to Watch Out For” in 2021. His short film Pompeii, funded by Film4, was nominated for a London Critics’ Circle Award and Iris’ Best British Prize in 2020. He has written for TV series including Dope Girls and The Rig, and is developing his debut feature with Joi Productions/BFI. He also stars in his new film Lisbon, screening at this year’s Iris Prize, about a broke queer man whose encounter with an older stranger sparks a harrowing moral reckoning.

Daisy Leigh-Phippard (She/Her)

Writer / Director and Training & Education Officer at BAFTA albert

Daisy is the Training & Education Officer at BAFTA albert, supporting foundational and advanced sustainability training to screen industry professionals at every stage of their career. She manages the delivery of workshops and courses for albert Academy, and Project Lead for the BAFTA albert Education Partnership. Daisy is also a Royal Television Society award-winning short filmmaker, and has recently completed her latest film Shrike, starring Ami Okumura Jones. Daisy has acted as a juror for the British Short Film Awards and Iris Prize Festival.

Dylan Holloway (He/Him)

Musician

Romantic indie-rockstar Dylan Holloway, aka Dylan And The Moon, is an award-winning transgender singer-songwriter with sharp melodies, a cinematic aesthetic and a voice that hits straight in the heart. Armed with his guitar, he blends classic songwriting with modern production. He’s shared the stage with Lewis Capaldi and written with Jason Derulo and in 2020 he came out as transgender, risking his career-defining voice. Iris Prize selected feature documentary Tomorrow’s Too Late tells his moving and inspirational story.

Company Producer, Bulldozer Films

Company Producer at Bulldozer Films, Michael specialises in independent short-film production; earning his recent crew a 2025 Royal Television Society Award. Alongside producing, he leads on recruitment and marketing, and collaborates with festivals (Iris Prize, Cardiff Mini Film Festival) and training programmes (BFI Film Academy, It’s My Shout, BAFTA Cymru Guru Live 2025) to strengthen and expand their outreach.

Iris Industry Day 2025
