Ella Gauci (she/her) is a staff writer at DIVA magazine, the world’s leading magazine for LGBTQIA+ women and non-binary people. Her work amplifies LGBTQIA+ people from around the world, with a passion for telling the stories of asylum seekers, older queer voices and the bisexual community. She has interviewed actors like Will Ferrell, Yasmin Finney, Lily Gladstone and Hannah Einbinder, alongside filmmakers like Nia DaCosta. Outside her work at DIVA, she has also championed the BFI NETWORK & BAFTA Mentoring programme.
