Lewis Bayley returns as Industry Coordinator for Iris Prize 2025, curating the revival of the festival’s dedicated Industry Day—a full day of talks, panels, and networking, alongside the weeklong talks programme. A familiar face at Iris, Lewis chaired the International Feature Film jury in 2020 and brings his creative and production experience as a filmmaker to shape a programme focused on fresh talent. With a background in creative higher education, he’s passionate about supporting new voices and building real connections between emerging filmmakers and the wider screen industry.
