Find out how to book tickets and passes for the 19th Iris Prize LGBTQ+ Film Festival (in-person & online).

When to Book

  • General Sale: Opens 11am, Thursday 18 September 2025
  • Iris Members Priority Booking: Opens 6pm, Thursday 11 September – Wednesday 17 September
    Members must log in with their membership details to access early booking.

How to Book

The easiest way to buy tickets is online:

Browse the Programme & Book Tickets

  1. Choose the programme you’d like to attend.
  2. Log in with your email address.
  3. Select the ticket type that applies to you:
  • General Tickets – standard admission.
  • Concession Tickets – reduced price – proof of eligibility (senior, unwaged etc.) may be required.
  • Access Tickets – for CEA Card holders; this includes a free companion ticket.
  • Student Tickets – £5 each (valid student ID required).

Pass Holders

If you have a Full, Weekend, or Day Pass, you’re encouraged to reserve tickets for the screenings and events you’d like to attend. Your pass lets you do this at no extra cost.

Collect your physical pass from Stadium Plaza (Level 3A)) starting Monday 22 September.

Buy In Person

You can also buy tickets at Stadium Plaza:

  • From 14 September (Level 3A, Mon–Fri): 10am – 6pm
  • During the Festival (Level 2, 13–19 October): 11am – 9pm

  • Short Film Programmes – £7 / £6 (conc.)
  • Opening Night (film + party) – £15 / £14 (conc.)
  • Best British Winner’s Announcement + Party (Fri) – £5 / £4 (conc.)
  • Super Saturday Party with Jolene Dover (Sat) – £5 / £4 (conc.)
  • Talks – £2

Passes

  • Full Pass – £160
    Access to everything Iris from Opening Night (Mon 13 Oct) to Closing Night (Sun 19 Oct), including Industry Day.
  • Industry Day Pass – £50
    Talks, workshops + film screenings on Wed 15 Oct.
  • Weekend Pass – £90
    Access from Best British Day (Fri 17 Oct) to Closing Night (Sun 19 Oct).
  • Day Passes
    • Tue, Wed, Thu, Sun – £25
    • Fri (Best British Day) – £35
